Wasa Yachts är ett båtvarv med fullservice som utför reparationer, motorbyten, teakdäck, glasfiber / plastskador, riggarbeten, ombyggnader m.m. Varvet anlitas också av försäkringsbolagen för att ta hand om försäkringsskador av olika slag. Här finns också goda möjligheter till både vinterförvaring inomhus och utomhus samt sommarplatser.
Wasa Yachts ligger mycket väl beläget i Södertälje, alldeles vid inloppet till Södertälje Kanal. Det är lätt att ta sig hit både med bil, knappt en timme från Stockholm och med tåg (Östertälje Station). Det är också enkelt att angöra varvet med båt, både från Saltsjön och från Mälaren. Distansen från Stockholm genom Mälaren är endast 25 NM.
Wasa Yachts har byggt drygt 500 segelbåtar sedan mitten av 1970-talet, och alla utom tre seglar fortfarande. Begagnade Wasa båtar är både eftersökta och lättsålda och har oftast ett högt andrahandsvärde!
Wasa Yachts is a full-service boatyard that carries out repairs, engine replacements, teak decks, fiberglass/plastic damage, rigging work, rebuilding, etc. The shipyard is also hired by insurance companies to take care of insurance claims of various kinds. There are also good opportunities for both winter storage indoors and outdoors as well as summer pitches.
Wasa Yachts is very well located in Södertälje, right at the entrance to the Södertälje Canal. It is easy to get here both by car, less than an hour from Stockholm and by train (Östertälje Station). It is also easy to arrive at the shipyard by boat, both from Saltsjön and from Lake Mälaren. The distance from Stockholm through Lake Mälaren is only 25 NM.
Wasa Yachts has built more than 500 sailboats since the mid-1970s, and all but three are still sailing. Used Wasa boats are both sought after and easy to sell and usually have a high resale value!
